Welcome to Rabbit Hole Protocol

The interesting stuff is never just on the surface.

From AI and automation to hidden systems, business, and unexpected questions, Rabbit Hole Protocol follows ideas worth understanding. We break things down, put theories to the test, and share what we discover through stories, experiments, and practical resources.

Go deeper. Come back smarter.

Articles. Videos. Experiments. Visual explanations. Useful discoveries.

The idea

One good question changes how you see things.

How does an AI agent actually work? What happens behind the scenes when you open a website? Why do some automations break while others keep running? And what does it really take to build an app and find someone willing to pay for it?

Rabbit Hole Protocol is a home for questions like these. Sometimes the answer is a clear explanation. Sometimes it takes a diagram, a hands-on build, a business experiment, or a deeper look at an unexpected system.

Different subjects. Different formats. The same curiosity - and the same commitment to coming back with something useful.

How we explore

Understand it. Build it. Put it to use.

  1. 01

    Understand

Look past the buzzwords and surface-level answers. Find the mechanism, the context, and the details that make an idea click.

  2. 02

    Build

Try the thing. Compare approaches. Make something real. Learn from the surprises, costs, limitations, and occasional failures.

  3. 03

    Apply

Connect what we learn to better decisions, useful tools, smarter workflows, and real-world problems.

Choose your rabbit hole

Seven starting points. Endless questions.

You can start with an AI mystery, a product idea, a problem at work, or something you noticed in everyday life. The most interesting rabbit holes often cross more than one category.

01

AI & Emerging Technology

Understand what new technologies actually do, how they work, what they're good at, and where the hype gets ahead of reality.

Questions on the radar

Every exploration starts somewhere.

Here are a few questions shaping what Rabbit Hole Protocol will explore. They are ideas in progress, not published articles or episodes.

  1. What actually makes an AI agent an agent?

  2. Why do business automations break - and what makes them reliable?

  3. Why is building an app sometimes easier than finding its first customer?

The fun part is following the question far enough to find something worth sharing.

Many ways to go deeper

The format follows the question.

Some ideas are easier to understand when you read them. Others need a visual, an experiment, or a real build. Rabbit Hole Protocol makes room for all of it.

Behind the protocol

Hey, I'm Rudy.

I'm a DevOps engineer, builder, and someone who tends to ask, "But how does that actually work?"

I spend a lot of time around systems, automation, AI, and software. I also like exploring the bigger questions: what makes a product useful, why a business model works, and how an interesting idea holds up outside a demo.

Rabbit Hole Protocol is where I follow those questions and share what I find. You don't need to be an engineer to come along. Just bring your curiosity.

The next question

What's a rabbit hole you can't stop thinking about?

Maybe it's a technology you don't quite trust, a system you've always wondered about, or a product idea you want to understand before building. Good questions are worth sharing.
